He's in my room tonight
Waiting for me to say goodnight
He's watching me from the darkest corner of my closet
Eyes glowing in a way that lets it be known
Im going to pay.
He's waiting for me to slip and fall asleep
So he can take over my body
Like Im some kind of treat
He's trying to keep.
I can feel him on the side of me
When I shut my eyes.
But when I open them
He's not there
And I start to get scared.
Im starting to think im crazy
Because I feel sombody glaring.
Im too lazy to open my eyes and check.
Because I already know what to expect.
When im asleep I can hear him laughing
In my dreams.
I hear him,
Yell out that im running out of time.
And I need to leave those who I love behind.
